Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery Information
1. Delivery Methods
We currently offer the following delivery methods for orders:
- Royal Mail 48 tracked - 3-5 days from dispatch.
- DHL Express - 3-5 days from dispatch.
2. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are based on the standard delivery method, total order value, and destination. The current flat fee is £4.99 - be displayed during the checkout process. Orders over £100 will qualify for free delivery. Some products always ship for free.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. During busy periods, processing times can be longer and orders may take 7-10 days to process.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.
Returns and Exchanges
1. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
3. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@luckyelephantmuaythai.co.uk and state your reason for return to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- You'll be given an RA number and instructions for returning the products - Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the return package.
- Include a copy of your invoice in the return package.
* Please note, any returns sent back to us without authorisation will not be accepted*
4. Return Costs
Return delivery costs and any customs charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Proof will be required.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. You will be notified via email.
- If you request an exchange, we will deliver the new item once we receive your return.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product before use. We will provide further instructions for a replacement or refund.
