To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you wish to purchase, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your delivery information and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the order details. If you need assistance with your order do not hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to help.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and other secure payment options. Select your preferred method during the checkout process.

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

Our return policy allows you to return items within 5 business days of receiving your order. The items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. For more details on returns, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

The estimated delivery time depends on your location, products purchased and the delivery method selected during checkout. Most deliveries  usually take 3-5 business days from purchase. Please refer to Delivery & Returns for more information.

Yes - we now deliver worldwide!

Yes, all our products are authentic and sourced directly from manufacturers and official distributors. We are dedicated to providing only 100% genuine Muay Thai equipment and clothing to our customers.

We are a UK-based company but most of our products are held and shipped from Thailand. This is to make sure we have the largest possible range of products available. Smaller products like accessories and some of our more popular gloves, shin pads and shorts are held and shipped from the UK.

If you would like to know where your order will be shipped from, please get in touch before placing your order.

On very rare occasions, orders shipped from Thailand may be subject to additional charges. Any customs charges and import taxes incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
