To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you wish to purchase, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your delivery information and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the order details. If you need assistance with your order do not hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to help.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and other secure payment options. Select your preferred method during the checkout process.

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

Our return policy allows you to return items within 5 business days of receiving your order. The items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. For more details on returns, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer support team at sales@luckyelephant.co.uk They will provide you with a Return Authorisation number and guide you through the process.

The estimated delivery time depends on your location, products purchased and the delivery method selected during checkout. Most deliveries  usually take 3-5 business days from purchase. Please refer to Delivery & Returns for more information.

No, we do not offer international delivery .

Yes, all our products are authentic and sourced from reputable manufacturers and wholesalers. We are dedicated to providing genuine Muay Thai equipment and clothing to our customers.

We are a UK-based company and most of our products are held and shipped from the UK.  On some occasions, our products are shipped direct from Bangkok, Thailand. These tend to be the gloves, shin guards or bags. This is to make sure we have the largest possible range of styles and sizes of certain Muay Thai products available.

Any customs charges and taxed incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
